Shipping policy

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We require 5-10 working days to deliver your order from the date of purchase. Working days are defined as Monday to Saturday, excluding public or national holidays.


What payment methods are accepted?

We offer various payment options, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking from major Indian banks.


What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders above ₹500. Orders below ₹500 will have an additional ₹50 shipping charge.


Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we provide COD as an option with a ₹50 extra charge.


How can I track my order?

You can track your order's status in the "Your Orders" section within your profile. Additionally, we'll send you an order confirmation email with a link to track your order.


Is my address/pin-code serviceable?

For address serviceability inquiries, please email us at orders@kindofapril.com. If your address or pin-code is found to be non-serviceable post-purchase, we'll refund your payment as per our Cancellation & Refunds policy.


How will I receive my order?

We partner with shipping providers who handle our deliveries and provide regular order status updates.


Returns & Exchange Policy

Vrikshit Eco Mart does not accept returns once the order is placed and payment is made. We only entertain exchange requests for damaged or unsuitable products. Buyers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and contact us at orders@kindofapril.com to initiate an exchange. We'll assess the product's condition and proceed accordingly. Shipping charges for returning damaged items will be covered by us.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refunds may be considered in specific cases, such as if the shipping location isn't serviced by our courier partners or in non-compliance with delivery terms. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days. No refunds are provided for damaged products, which will be exchanged following our Returns & Exchanges policy.


No refunds will be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Incorrect or insufficient address provided.
  • Unavailability of the recipient at the address.
  • Refusal to accept products.
  • If delivery fails twice under these circumstances, the order will be canceled.
